v.15 Forever Everlife
Series: Celebrities
Theme: Music
Put Up: July 2/3, 2007
Taken Down: Still up
Designer: Kirei
My favorite band, Everlife! One of my favorites, that is. xD Up for one year, the orange/yellow/green color scheme was a real big jump for me as it wasn't like me at all at the time. As time went by, I came to realize that it's very much like me. The whole grunge/punk look is very much like me now. I'm very proud of the outcome. Amazing how much a person can change within a year. lol
v.14 Spring Is Here
Series: N/A
Theme: Spring
Put up: March 4, 2007
Taken down: July 2/3, 2007
Designer: Kirei
I really enjoyed this layout. It was pretty and simple. Sadly, as it was seasonal, it had to change. Spring layouts don't match Summer, in my opinion anyway. XD This is one my favorites.
v.13 Melodic Chain
Series: N/A
Theme: Fall/Music
Put up: November 15, 2006
Taken down: March 4, 2007
Designer: Kirei
This was really pretty for a while until I got sick of it. It was up for a long time. I didn't want to be seasonal, but I added brown Fall colors anyway. I wanted to make a music layout, hence the name. This is one of my first CSS layouts and I'm very proud of that! ^^
v.12 Princess Garnet
Series: Final Fantasy 9
Theme: N/A
Put up: Spring/Summer 2006
Taken down: November 15, 2006
Designer: Kirei
I made this in a hurry because I needed a layout fast, hence the reason that it's not very good, but I like it overall. I wish it looked better. I may redo it in the future.
v.11 N/A
Series: N/A
Theme: N/A
Put up: August 9, 2006
Taken down: September 11, 2006
Designer: Kirei
This was the last layout for my blog Pristine Isle. It wasn't up very long because I decided to close the site. It was a very cute layout and I loved it.
v.10 Hues of Blue - v.10 (blog layout version)
Series: N/A
Theme: Summer
Put up: May 31, 2006
Taken down: August 9, 2006
Designer: Kirei
I didn't get to enjoy this long because I began moving my site (again) while this was up. Even so, I got tired of lightblue layouts because of this. lol The top image is a screenshot of the first version of the layout. That one was on hidden-world. The bottom image was the blog version that I used on kirei7. That's why I got tired of lightblue layouts, despite that it's my favorite colour. I even had to recode the first version. xp Over all, I liked them both a lot! The blog was image mapped; the little butterflies were the links. ^.^ I wanted to try an image map layout and this was the result. Plus, I wanted to cut down on links. The layout verion had SOOO many links, so having individual pages for each category was a big help! That first one was so hard to manage! Ugh! Anyway, this was version 10 and I liked it, despite its annoyance. xp
v.9 Distant Memories Portal - Main Page
Series: Kingdom Hearts
Theme: Memories
Put up: March 3, 2006
Taken down: May 31, 2006
Designer: Kirei
I have a lot to say about this! This layout featured Kingdom Hearts to celebrate the realease of Kingdom Hearts 2 on March 28, 2006. When I made it, I wasn't sure if memories had anything to do with the game, but figured it fit the theme anyway. Sure enough, I was right! I loved this layout very much! I made it within a couple hours. I almost didn't make it because I was pressed for time. The portal and main layout were made mostly on MS Paint. The old photo effect was made on Paint Shop Pro 10. The image of Riku and Sora on the portal already had an old effect. I drew the wooden frames on paint. I didn't intend for them to look wooden, but that's how they ended up. The wood matched perfectly! The poem on the portal is %100 mine! I wrote that off the top of my head when I made the portal layout. I was so shocked that I wrote a poem in such a timely manner. I wanted to write a poem that matched the layout theme, so I came up with that! It's very pretty and I still love it!
v.8 Lovely Priest
Theme: Valentine's Day
Type: Divs
Was up from January 12, 2006-March 3, 2006
Designer: Kirei
I like this a whole lot! The space and everything about it was great. It was completely made on MS Paint. The image is from Ragnarok Online. I like how it looks like she's sitting above the layout. ^^ This was the layout for Valentine's Day 2006.
v.7 Drifting Snow
Theme: Anime/Winter
Type: Divs
Was up from December 1, 2005-January 12, 2006
Designer: Kirei
This layout was awesome, until I turned the site into a blog. Then, I lost space. As well as adding a blog, I added a tagboard, which the sidebar was too skinny for. Then, I added the calender and it was definitly too skinny for that. So, I had to take it down early. Overall, it was very pretty and I liked it very much! ^.^
v.6 Leaf Pile
Theme: Nature/Fall
Type: Tables
Designer: Kirei
Was up from November 8, 2005-December 1, 2005
I didn't like this one very much. I wanted a prettier fall layout and this wasn't it. Though, I did like the layout of it.
v.5 Moonlight Sonata
Theme: Halloween
Type: Divs
Designer: Kirei
Was up from October 6, 2005-November 8, 2005
I really loved this layout. It was one of the first layouts that I made with graphics on it. The content area and the sidebar were fuzzy, like ghost looking. It was really neat! ^.^
v.4 Fallen Innocence - portal - main
Theme: Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children
Type: Tables
Designer: Kirei
Put up: September 1, 2005
Taken Down:October 6, 2005
This was the first layout with the portal. I had to make a layout to celebrate the Advent Children release. XD I really love this layout. It was so hard for me to take it down.
The main layout featured Tifa from Final Fantasy VII and Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. This layout was made out of two tables and an image. The sidebar was its own table, the image was by itself and the content area was another table. I made the image on Paint Shop Pro 9.0 and I got it from FF7AC. This layout went through lots of changes before I put it up. I revamped the image once because the color was dull and made the layout look boring. As lazy as I was, I decided to go ahead and change the font on the image from olive to lightyellow and it made a world of difference! It made it brighter and made the spotlight look like it was really shining! I'm so glad I got off my lazy bottom and changed it! XD The layout didn't take long to make, considering it is two tables and an image, though I did go through two different layouts before settling with this one. The first one was the first layout I used on Freewebs, the second was the layout I used for Spring 2005, and the third is this one and I'm not changing it ever again!!! I'm happy with this one! I finally learned to make a sidebar this Summer and wanted to use this layout more. I enjoyed making this layout and I love it to death!! I love the bright golden sparkle it has to it! Why name it Fallen Innocence? Well, titles don't have to make sense to sound good. ;) The two words sound great together, plus it kinda fits the title Advent Children.
The portal layout featured Cloud from Final Fantasy VII and Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. It was the was made the same as the main layout. It consisted of two tables and an image. I made the image blurry by adding a code effect. I personally like the portal layout more.
v.3 Tranquil Oasis
Theme: Nature
Type: Divs
Designer: Kirei
Was up from July 9, 2005-September 1, 2005
The second layout for Summer 2005. This layout features a beautiful water view, made on MS Paint. My friend showed me this image and I fell in love with it. I have no idea where she found this image, except that she found it in a random search. I love this layout and I'm absolutely satisfied with it. I wanted a watery theme after I changed the theme of my diary. I found lots of water images, but this one just stuck with me. This is the last layout for Summer 2005. It's just too pretty to move! I named it Tranquil Oasis because it looks so peaceful and away from everything and "tranquil" sounds watery. :P This code was written by my friend, Shadowfox, and I edited the code to what I wanted.
v.2 Summer Love
Series: N/A
Theme: Summer
Put up: June 4, 2005
Taken down: July 9, 2005
Designer: Kirei
This was the first Summer layout for 2005. I made this right away when I learned to make a sidebar. It's called Summer Love because the image shows a boy and girl holdng hands. I was looking for a bright, pastelle, summery image, but not blinding bright. Then, I found this and it was perfect, though I wasn't totally satisfied with it. I knew I could've found a better pic, but I was running out of time. This was made on Paint Shop Pro 9.0. It took maybe thirty minutes to crop the image and add the text, which is the only graphic this layout has. The rest is two tables. I got this image from Advanced Anime. Their pictures are so pretty. I will use this layout again one day, with a different theme of course.
v.1 Rinoa
Series: Final Fantasy 8
Theme: Spring
Put up: April 19, 2005
Taken down: June 4, 2005
Designer: Kirei
When I decided to make my own layouts, I made this one right away. It's a single table layout that I used for Spring 2005. I coded every bit of it and made the layout as well. This is the first layout that I coded and made. I was so proud of myself and excited that I finally made one! ^^ It features Rinoa from Final Fantasy 8. I got this image as a 800x600 wallpaper from RPGDreamers and altered it on Paint Shop Pro 9.0. It didn't take long to make this layout at all, considering it's so simple. I absolutely love this layout! I may use it again in the future with a different theme.
